1. Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience. Identify and segment influencer tiers (macro, micro, nano) based on campaign goals and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, digital, PR, media buying) to integrate influencer strategies within broader marketing plans. 2. Influencer Identification & Relationship Management Discover and vet relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) ensuring brand fit, audience relevance, and engagement metrics. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and influencer management agencies. Negotiate deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and compensation. 3. Campaign Management & Execution Lead end-to-end campaign execution – from briefing influencers to managing content timelines and approvals. Monitor influencer content to ensure it adheres to brand guidelines and compliance (ASCI, FTC, etc.). Oversee product seeding, coordination of shoots, and influencer event collaborations where applicable. 4. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI. Analyze data to derive actionable insights and optimize future campaigns. Present post-campaign reports to internal teams and clients with visual dashboards and summaries. 5. Content & Creative Oversight Guide influencers on brand storytelling to ensure authenticity and alignment with campaign narratives. Collaborate with content, design, and production teams to amplify influencer content across brand channels. Ensure consistency in brand voice and aesthetic across all influencer outputs. 6. Trend Monitoring & Innovation Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging influencers. Experiment with new influencer-led formats (live streams, reels, challenges, UGC integrations). Bring innovative ideas to enhance influencer collaborations and boost engagement. 7. Budget & Compliance Manage influencer marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Ensure all influencer collaborations comply with legal, disclosure, and brand guidelines. 8. Team Collaboration & Leadership Mentor and guide junior team members or interns involved in influencer marketing. Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and digital teams to align campaign execution.
