Influencer Marketing Specialist

Are you the one who always knows the latest Instagram trend before it goes viral? Do you scroll reels for “work research” (and actually mean it)? We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us build killer campaigns with creators who actually connect with audiences.

This role is all about spotting the right influencers, creating exciting collabs, and making sure our brand shines on every platform.

What You’ll Do:

✨ Hunt down and connect with creators (from micro to mega) who vibe with our brand.
✨ Plan and run influencer campaigns that drive real buzz (not just pretty posts).✨ Build awesome relationships with influencers and agencies.✨ Manage influencer gifting, product seeding, and fun collabs.✨ Coordinate & manage in-house shoots (content days, product shoots, reels).
✨ Source, brief & manage UGC creators to produce authentic content.
✨ Track campaign results and share what’s working (and what’s not).✨ Stay on top of trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep us relevant.✨ Work closely with content, design, and social teams to bring ideas to life.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
