About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to help grow and manage our influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, influencer ecosystems, and brand campaigns. This role involves identifying influencers, executing campaigns, and maintaining relationships.

Please note: This position is currently open to female candidates based in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely content creation and delivery

• Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines with influencers

• Track campaign performance and create reports

• Maintain a database of influencers and update regularly

• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and new influencers

• Support brand and marketing teams in campaign planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred)

• 0–1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing

• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer trends

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

• Creative mindset with attention to detail
