Role Description

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Intern for a full-time hybrid role located in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The day-to-day tasks include identifying and collaborating with influencers, managing influencer relationships, developing influencer marketing strategies, and assisting in campaign execution. The intern will also monitor and report on influencer campaign performance, while staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing relationships and collaborations
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content creation
• Analytical skills to monitor and report campaign performance
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Interest in the personal care and beauty industry is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
