Company Description We are a fast-growing influencer marketing agency helping brands collaborate with creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. Our mission is to drive real engagement and long-term growth through impactful influencer campaigns. Role Description As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with our campaign and operations team to identify, onboard, and manage content creators for brand collaborations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the influencer marketing space while contributing to live campaigns and lead generation efforts. Location: Work from Home Duration : 6 Months Stipend : INR 7,500 Fixed + INR 10,000 Performance Based Incentive (per month) Key Responsibilities Scout and shortlist influencers across different platforms based on campaign needs Reach out to influencers, communicate campaign deliverables, and onboard them Maintain and update influencer databases and track campaign progress Coordinate with the team to ensure timely execution and reporting Assist in analyzing influencer performance and campaign ROI Maintain professional and prompt communication with influencers Qualifications Students or recent graduates passionate about influencer marketing and social media Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and other creator platforms Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is a plus Stipend Structure Fixed Stipend: INR 7,500 per month Performance-Based Incentive: Up to INR 10,000 per month based on campaign goals achieved (e.g., number of influencers onboarded, leads generated, etc.) Perks Certificate of Internship Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) Work closely with top brands and creators Opportunity for a full-time role after internship Show more Show less
