Role Description As a Brand Partnership Intern, your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and close new brand deals for influencers. Location : Work from Home Internship Duration : 6 Months (with potential for full-time offer) Stipend : INR 7,500 Fixed + INR 20,000 Performance Based Incentive (per month) Responsibilities Prospect: Identify high-potential brands hungry for influencer-driven ROI. Cold Outreach: Craft personalized emails/LinkedIn messages. Book discovery calls. Pitch & Close our influencer marketing services to CMOs & growth heads. Negotiate T&C, pricing, and KPIs. Own Your Pipeline: Manage active prospects. Close new brands every month . Collaborate: Handoff signed brands to our campaign team. Track performance & upsell repeat campaigns. Must have Qualifications 1+ year in Brand Partnerships (not general marketing). Closed atleast 30+ brand deals (barter/fixed-fee) in the last 6 months. Nice to have 1+ year working at an influencer marketing agency Stipend Structure Fixed Stipend: INR 7,500 per month Performance-Based Incentive: Up to INR 20,000 per month based on campaign goals achieved (e.g., successfully closing brand deals, meeting defined targets, etc.) Perks Certificate of Internship Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) Work closely with top brands and creators Opportunity for a full-time role after internship Show more Show less
