Influencer Marketing Executive

As an Influencer Marketing Executive for Dermis Oracle, you will play a crucial role in expanding the brand's reach and engagement within the skincare, dermatology, and wellness categories. Dermis Oracle is a rapidly growing science-backed skincare and healthcare brand in India, focused on providing advanced solutions for skin and hair care. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding influencers, collaborating with influencer marketing agencies, developing engaging content concepts, managing barter campaigns, executing campaigns, tracking performance, and building long-term relationships with influencers and creators. Your primary responsibilities will involve hunting, evaluating, and onboarding influencers across skincare, dermatology, and wellness categories. You will manage relationships with influencer marketing agencies, negotiate deliverables, and collaborate with influencers to design authentic and brand-aligned content concepts for campaigns. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of barter influencer campaigns, coordinate product shipments, monitor influencer posts, stories, reels, and videos, and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in skincare, beauty, wellness, or FMCG. You should possess a strong network and access to influencer databases, groups, and agencies. Demonstrated success in closing influencer deals, experience in conceptualizing content ideas, and managing barter campaigns is essential. Strong negotiation, multitasking, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred. Direct experience working with dermatologists or healthcare influencers, knowledge of affiliate programs, whitelisting, and familiarity with reporting tools and influencer platforms are considered nice-to-have qualifications.
