🔍 Role Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a Junior Talent Manager (Intern) to help us manage relationships with content creators, influencers, and experts. You’ll be responsible for discovering new talent, onboarding creators, and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone on our platform. This full-time position is based in Jaipur.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with creators and influencers.
• Identify emerging creators who align with Influbot's mission.
• Onboard creators and guide them through the process to make it seamless and enjoyable.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance creator satisfaction and solve challenges.
• Stay on top of trends in influencer marketing and content creation.

👩‍💼 Qualifications:

• Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator relations is a plus!
• A proactive approach and attention to detail.
