We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing influencers across multiple campaigns. You ll play a key role in campaign execution, reporting, and relationship building to help drive brand visibility and engagement through strategic influencer partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Influencer Research & Database Management Build and maintain a comprehensive influencer database, categorized by niche, audience reach, platform, and engagement rate. Regularly update the database with new prospects and performance data. Influencer Outreach & Onboarding Manage outreach efforts to potential influencers and content creators. Handle onboarding processes, ensuring alignment on brand values, campaign expectations, and deliverables. Negotiate collaboration terms, including deliverables, timelines, and compensation in line with campaign goals and budget. Campaign Coordination Coordinate and oversee influencer campaign execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and align with brand guidelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers during active campaigns, addressing any questions or issues promptly. Ensure quality and consistency across all influencer content. Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor campaign performance using relevant analytics tools and metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions). Prepare detailed post-campaign reports with insights and actionable recommendations. Suggest improvements to enhance future influencer marketing strategies. Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, content creators, and relevant vendors. Identify opportunities for recurring collaborations and brand ambassadorships. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaigns. Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and platforms Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
