About the Role:

We’re looking for a smart, social media-savvy Influencer Manager who understands trends, has good communication skills, and knows how to manage and grow influencer collaborations. If you already have at least 2,000 followers and love spending time on Instagram, YouTube and other social Media platforms, — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Find and connect with influencers who match our brand.
• Build and manage relationships with 30+ influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Plan and coordinate content with influencers (posts, stories, reels, etc.).
• Make sure influencers deliver quality content on time.
• Monitor engagement and campaign results (likes, reach, comments, etc.).
• Come up with new ideas to increase brand visibility through social media.
• Arrange influencer-led promotions during events or product launches.
• Keep track of influencer work and maintain records.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2,000 followers on Instagram or any major platform.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms (how content works).
• Basic understanding of branding, audience engagement, and promotions.
• Confident in talking to people and handling multiple conversations.
• Creative mindset and trend follower.
• Must be responsible, punctual, and able to manage deadlines.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Prior experience with influencer marketing or event handling.
• Basic photo/video editing knowledge (Canva, InShot, CapCut).
• Strong networking skills.
