• Profile: Content Creator Intern

• Nature: 4-month internship with strong possibility of full-time conversion

• Location: Newtown, Kolkata (Hybrid – 1 day in-office, 4 days WFH)

• Stipend: ₹7,000/month

We are seeking a dynamic intern to serve as the on-camera face of our Instagram content, while also establishing and maintaining the text-based brand voice. This unique role blends influencer-style presence with strong writing skills and community management. You’ll be working directly with the founding team and be responsible for multiple pillars of brand’s content journey.

·       📹 Video Creator (On-Camera Face)

·       Shoot short-form Instagram Reels based on pre-approved scripts.

·       Maintain strong lighting, camera angle, framing, and presentation quality.

·       Deliver content that reflects the brand’s tone and aesthetic.

·       ✍️ Text Content Lead

·        Create engaging copy for Twitter/X posts under the brand handle.

·       Take ownership of E-book scripts, IG/YT captions, and future website copy.

·       Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI) to draft and optimize content.

·        Ensure all writing aligns with our brand personality.

·       📱 Social Media Interaction

·        Manage DMs, comments, and story Q&As professionally and on-brand.

·       Update Highlights and respond to followers in a timely and warm manner.

• Comfortable, confident, and expressive on camera.

• Strong written English: creative, concise, and grammar-savvy.

• Enthusiastic about skincare, personal growth, and lifestyle content.

• Aware of Gen Z and pop culture trends, meme formats, and viral hooks.

• 1+ years of experience creating Instagram Reels (minimum 1000 followers).

• Access to a good phone camera, tripod, and lighting setup (ring light preferred).

• 6+ months of experience in content writing (internships included).

• Prompt engineering familiarity with ChatGPT for content tasks.

• Available to work 1 day from the office and rest remotely (based in Kolkata).

• Work directly with founders of a fast-scaling D2C brand.
