Role Description

This is a full-time role for a dedicated professional at ZR MEDIA AGENCY. The position is on-site and located in Meerut. The primary responsibilities will include identifying and managing relationships with influencers, developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns to ensure they align with client goals, and analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize outcomes. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

• Strong communication, relationship-management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management and organizational abilities
• Experience in influencer marketing, campaign strategy, and digital marketing
• Knowledge of analytics tools for monitoring campaign performance and optimizing results
• Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and content strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, meeting deadlines efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience in influencer relations or a similar role is a plus
