We are looking for a skilled and motivated Infection Control Nurse to join our team and lead efforts in maintaining the highest infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control policies and protocols.
• Conduct hospital-wide surveillance of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs).
• Educate and train healthcare staff on infection control practices.
• Perform regular audits of wards, ICUs, OT, and other clinical areas.
• Monitor sterilization, disinfection, and biomedical waste management processes.
• Investigate infection outbreaks and coordinate with hospital committees to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and reporting as per NABH / statutory requirements.
• Act as a liaison between clinical departments and the Infection Control Committee.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid registration.
• Certification / Training in Infection Control preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience; prior ICN experience in a hospital is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of infection control guidelines (NABH, CDC, WHO).
• Good communication, leadership, and training skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
