Job Description

Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the industrial sector. Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research and client networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Lead and manage a sales team, providing coaching and support to achieve individual and team targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Industry Preference: First preference: Candidates from the rubber products industry Second preference: Candidates from the automotive components industry with exposure to defence, railways, and industrial sectors Experience Requirements: Must have proven experience in handling: Railway and Defence segments Government tenders and institutional sales Tender-based business development Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record of successful sales experience in the industrial sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
