The Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Process Engineering will be responsible for designing an efficient and cost-effective manufacturing process by implementing lean manufacturing principles, low-cost automation, and Poka-Yoke. Key responsibilities include defining cost-effective and robust process flows for RFQs, conducting Manufacturing Feasibility studies, participating in Design Reviews and PFMEA reviews, developing tools/fixtures/testers, deriving tooling requirements, developing Special Purpose Machines, preparing PAR for tooling/investment, updating project plans, obtaining management support when needed, identifying TGR & TGW for projects, ensuring new product development meets PDP process requirements, engaging in innovations and value-added activities, and developing process guidelines. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience and hold a B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Production/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or relevant field.
