Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will visit industrial clients (e.g.,

Godrej and similar companies), demonstrate our adhesive products, conduct on-site testing, and help integrate our solutions into

their projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential industrial clients for adhesive solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations and testing at client sites.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable adhesive products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement and technical teams.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment and technical support.

• Maintain records of visits, feedback, and sales progress.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Sales, or related fields.

• Experience: 0–3 years in industrial/B2B sales. Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

• Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand product specifications and conduct basic testing.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel to client locations regularly.

• Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
