Job Description

As an Industrial Sales Manager at Gasket and Sealing Technologies Pvt. Ltd., your role involves launching the company into a successful long-term career in industrial sales. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets by growing business from existing clients and generating enquiries from reputed industries and plants. Your hands-on experience or working knowledge of Gaskets, Flanges, Gland Packings, Sealing Technologies, along with exceptional written, communication, and presentation skills will be essential. Your self-motivated and driven attitude will play a key role in planning and executing sales generation strategies to exceed targets. Key Responsibilities: - Visit plants to educate user departments and purchase departments about the products offered and their benefits. - Provide solutions to mechanical maintenance departments for complete sealing and insulation. - Achieve sales targets by growing business from existing clients. - Prospect, negotiate, freeze on commercials, and close deals with necessary documentation. - Build strong personal relationships with clients. - Be proactive in problem-solving and ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities. - Seek out opportunities in the industry, stay aware of market conditions and competition. - Generate enquiries from reputed industries and plants. - Find relevant tenders and fill up tenders of organizations in online portals. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Gaskets, Flanges, Gland Packings, Sealing Technologies. - Exceptional written, communication, and presentation skills. - 1 year - 4 years of experience in Industrial Sales. - Knowledge of Major Industrial Regions in and around Karnataka. - Self-motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation. - Commitment to exceeding targets. - Strong planning & organization skills with the ability to manage customer expectations. - Well-organized and self-disciplined with the ability to prioritize under pressure. - Ability to build good working relationships across all levels. - Strong commercial awareness. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
