Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing Material Test Certificates (MTC) and other test report documents, as well as monitoring material movements until final packaging. You will also be required to inspect raw materials according to the specified codebook, develop a Quality training plan, provide machine handling training to new workers, and ensure all ISO documents are maintained for internal and final audits. Collaborating with the Quality Control team to analyze monthly rejection rates on a part-wise basis and create action plans for improvement will be part of your duties. Submitting the drawing to the Engineering Manager for checking and implementing the corrections and finalizing the drawing. Preparing GA drawings for the orders in Inventor based on the Data sheet Input. Creation of new Part numbers in GP as per the Material requirements needed in the drawings and also Engineering Manager request. Delivering the Drawings and BOM for Manufacturing the Product on time Preparing 3D Models of the Stream-D Product from existing 3D Assembly model for CFD Analysis.
