Key Responsibilities: - Utilize expertise in railway logistics, digital transformation in rail, data management, rail network operations, smart rail infrastructure, and service management to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients. - Lead consulting engagements, advise on railway management strategies, project execution, and operational improvements. - Implement digital solutions (IoT, predictive maintenance, asset tracking, automation, AI-driven scheduling) to streamline rail operations. - Analyze operational data, optimize processes, and present compelling data visualizations for informed decision-making. - Manage change initiatives, engage stakeholders, build alignment with business strategy, and execute transformation roadmaps for railway logistics. - Demonstrate skills in project management, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, team management, and program management for successful project delivery within scope and budget. Qualifications Required: - 1-7 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or industrial consulting with a focus on railway operations. - Strong understanding of railway operations, logistics management, and supply chain practices specific to railway systems. - Experience in digital solutions like IoT for rail, predictive maintenance, asset tracking, automation, and TMS. - Ability to manage data, cloud operations, cybersecurity, and software deployment specific to railways. - Knowledge of rail network operations, smart rail infrastructure, and service management in the railway industry. - Proficiency in project management, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, team management, and program management. - Cross-cultural competence with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
