Job Description

/ Responsibilities

  • Developing new leads/customers for the Company's Products
  • Responsible for creating demand for a company's products and ensuring that potential customers are aware of and use them
  • Following up with Existing Customers for Orders & Payments, good industrial marketing experience
  • Visiting Customers regularly for Business Development
  • Making Targets and set strategies for achieving the Targets
  • Product development, market research, Increasing revenue & driving sales
  • Developing new products based on market opportunity.
  • Diploma / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering preferred. Science/Commerce Graduates with proven track records can also apply.

Job Profile Requirement & Qualification:

  • Customer Relationship Management skills, Agile Leadership Skills
  • BE Chemical, Mech, B. Sc. M. Sc. Or equivalent.
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT & Emails
  • Fluent in Tamil, English & Spoken Hindi
  • Preference will be given to candidates from the same manufacturing background

Expected Output:

  • Developing Business base with new Accounts, and leads, adding Businesses in existing Accounts
Candidates from industrial products experience or metals, metallurgy, welding electrodes, ferrous, non-ferrous, and hard-facing industries would be preferred.
