Urgent Requirement Industrial Engineer (Plastic Molding Industry)

Industrial Engineer

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Study and analyze plastic molding operations to identify process improvements.
Conduct
time & motion studies
, line balancing, and layout planning.
Optimize manpower planning and resource utilization.
Develop and implement
lean manufacturing techniques (Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, SMED, etc.)
.
Standardize work methods and prepare SOPs for molding processes.
Monitor cycle times, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and production KPIs.
Drive
cost reduction initiatives
and improve material flow efficiency.
Support
new product development (NPD)
and mold changeover activities.
Ensure compliance with
safety, quality, and regulatory standards
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Maintenance, Production).
