- Plan and optimize the layout of production lines, workstations, and equipment to ensure efficient space utilization and workflow.
-Collaborate with production, process engineering, maintenance, and safety teams for alignment on layout changes.
-Ensure layouts comply with safety standards, ergonomic guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Align with stakeholders for finalising the infra requirements for both infra and machines
'-Supervise, mentor, and review performance of 3 layout engineers; allocate tasks and ensure delivery.
'-Maintain updated plant layout drawings, space allocation records, and CAD files for audit and planning use.
'-Identify and implement layout improvements to support lean manufacturing, reduce waste, and improve flow.
'Support strategic planning by assessing future space needs based on forecasted production volumes.
