Job Description

Role & responsibilities

looking for a
seasoned Industrialization Program Manager
with strong experience in
high-volume manufacturing
and
automated processes
.
This role will lead cross-functional teams through the entire industrialization lifecyclefrom concept to mass production—ensuring technical, cost, and quality targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute
industrialization strategies
for new product introductions.
Drive cross-functional coordination across
engineering, procurement, quality, suppliers, and production
teams.
Lead
Make vs. Buy decisions
to optimize cost and manufacturing efficiency.
Manage the
implementation and transfer
of products to full-scale production, including line setup and SOPs.
Provide
hands-on support
—understanding and executing tasks at every level when needed.
Build and lead a
team of Industrialization Project Leaders
.
Operate in a
matrixed, global environment
, ensuring clear, structured communication and alignment.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial).
10+ years in manufacturing/industrialization with
team management experience
.
Strong expertise in
automation, tooling, sheet metal, plastics, and GD&T
.
Excellent
problem-solving
, communication, and
project management
skills.
Proven ability to
work across international teams
and influence without direct authority.
