Designation : Industrial Engineering Experience : 12 to 15 Years Location : Chennai Education : B.E /B.Tech Salary : Negotiable Job Description Areas of Responsibility Defining and reviewing the departmental objectives in line with the business goals Defining and establishing the work instructions in steel work and Mechanism assembly Conduct time and motion study periodically Ensuring the installed capacity and balancing Describing the process flow in line with WPS Defining layout and Material flow Single point of contact between COD(S) and Plant Cost analysis for any new product /Variant Identifying new machines / Equipment needed for -new requirement /Capacity expansion ISO documentation & Q Records Productivity & Continuous improvement activities implementation Lean tools implementation in Assembly line.
