Industrial Designer

What You’ll Do

• Translate product ideas from stakeholders (Design Head & MD) into

  research-driven, trend-aligned design concepts

  .
• Research and create

  new product ideas from scratch

  that align with Mirana Toys and its sub-brands.
• Redesign existing products to maintain

  visual relevance and competitiveness

  in the market.
• Create

  3D models, mood boards, and high-quality renders

  to communicate design intent.
• Collaborate with the

  CAD & engineering team

  to ensure designs remain manufacturable while retaining aesthetic integrity.
• Design

  packaging and UX layouts

  that complement product design and market positioning.
• Communicate with

  marketing (B2C & B2B)

  teams to align product direction with current consumer and retail trends.
• Use

  3D printing and scanning

  tools for prototyping and iterative testing.

Modeling Expectation

NURBS-based or solid modeling software

complex forms such as full car exteriors or equally challenging product geometries

Mesh or polygonal modeling (Blender, Maya, etc.) is not preferred, as it limits CAD conversion and manufacturability.

Your Creative Mix

• A designer who balances

  aesthetic vision with technical understanding

• Understands
