Job Role: Industrial Designer
Qualification: Diploma / BE - Mechanical
Work Location: Solar, Erode
Gender: Only Male Candidates Preferred

Shift timing: 9AM - 7PM
Skills: Auto CAD, Solid Works, gearing systems
Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 (Freshers) 15,000 - 25,000(Experienced based on skills)

Facility: Accomodation free, Safety preference, Health care

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Generating innovative design concepts for new products, often through sketching or CAD software.
• Research and Analysis: Investigating user needs, market trends, and technical advancements to inform design decisions.
• Prototyping and Testing: Creating physical or digital prototypes of designs and conducting user testing to refine and improve them.
• Collaboration: Working closely with engineers, marketers, and manufacturers to ensure designs are feasible, functional, and meet user needs.
• Presentations: Preparing and presenting design concepts to stakeholders, clients, and teams for feedback and approval.
• Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of new materials, technologies, and production processes to incorporate into designs.
• Ensuring Safety and Functionality: Evaluating product designs for safety, functionality, and manufacturability.
• Cost Analysis: Considering production costs, materials, and supply chain factors in the design process.
