Indirect Tax Manager

• Ensure compliance with all applicable indirect tax laws, rules, and regulations.
• Manage timely preparation, review, and filing of all indirect tax returns.
• Handle tax-related queries, notices, and correspondence with regulatory authorities.
• Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on indirect tax matters to internal stakeholders.
• Support and lead tax audits, assessments, and litigation processes as required.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory and policy developments in the tax environment, evaluating their impact on the business and devising effective response strategies.
• Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to enhance and streamline end-to-end indirect tax processes, ensuring compliance while mitigating risks.

Candidate Details:

• Must be a CA with over 4-6 years of experience in BFSI/ NBFC sector
• Strong expertise in Indirect Taxation (GST, VAT, Customs, Excise, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements and reporting processes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex tax regulations.
• Strong communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead projects and develop effective tax strategies.
