Indirect Tax Executive

Job Title:

Indirect Tax Executive / Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & 9C, ITC-04) and manage other indirect tax compliances.
• Handle

  e-invoicing

  and

  e-way bill

  generation and reconciliation against sales invoices.
• Process

  invoice payments

  through 3-way PO matching in ERP Oracle.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, tax payments, and reports.
• Reconcile

  GSTR-2B vs Register vs GL

  and ensure tax reporting accuracy.
• Provide

  provision working for litigation

  and manage AO & SCN notices for GST & VAT.
• Support

  GST implementation projects

  and coordinate with IT for ERP mapping.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure

  tax efficiency

  .
• Conduct GST

  impact analysis

  and assist in transitioning legacy tax data to the GST regime.
• Assist in preparing MIS and reports related to indirect taxes.
• Support internal and statutory audits related to indirect taxes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely compliance with indirect tax regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or Post Graduate equivalent.
• 48 years of experience in

  GST compliance

  , indirect taxes, and ERP Oracle operations.
• Proficient in

  Microsoft Excel

  (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Hands-on knowledge of

  e-invoicing

  and

  e-way bill processes

  .
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
