Hiring: Senior Associate – Indirect Tax Litigation & Advisory
Dalhousie, Kolkata | 3+ Years PQE | ₹2–4 LPA
A leading tax litigation and advisory firm is seeking a Senior Associate with experience in indirect tax matters. The role involves handling litigation before authorities and appellate bodies, drafting petitions and submissions, legal research, client advisory, documentation, and coordinating with counsels and tribunals. The candidate will also guide junior team members and support strategy development for complex GST, Customs, Excise, VAT, and Service Tax matters.
Requirements: LL.B., Bar Council enrollment, minimum 1 year’s experience in indirect tax litigation, strong drafting and research skills, proficiency in MS Office and legal databases, based in Kolkata.
Preferred: CA/CS/LL.M., experience before CESTAT/GSTAT/High Courts.
