Indian Tandoor Commis

We are looking for passionate and skilled Indian Tandoor Commis (I, II & III) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates will assist in preparing authentic Indian tandoor dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of tandoor items — kebabs, rotis, naan, and other Indian breads.
• Support the CDP and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Follow standard recipes and ensure consistency in flavor and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section and kitchen area.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Learn and develop culinary skills under the supervision of senior chefs.

Who Can Apply:

• Experience:
• Commis I: 3–5 years of experience in a tandoor kitchen.
• Commis II: 2–3 years of experience in Indian cuisine.
• Commis III: 1–2 years of basic kitchen/tandoor experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian spices, marination, and tandoor techniques.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
