As a Chinese chef at our rapidly growing company, you will have the following responsibilities: - Ensuring that food is delivered on time - Following proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices - Ensuring readiness at all times - Accepting and preparing special orders, and ensuring proper posting to guest folio - Being responsible for the production, preparation, and presentation of all food items in your section to ensure the highest possible quality at all times - Having a positive attitude and passion for Chinese cuisine - Planning and determining all food production Qualifications required for the Chinese chef position include: - Strong knowledge of all kitchen equipment, tools, and supplies - Minimum 2 years of work experience as Commis-1 in a Hotel or large Chinese restaurant with good standards - 5 years of working experience in the kitchen If you are seeking a full-time, permanent position with day, morning, night, and rotational shift options, the work location will be in person.,
