Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Indian Curry Chef to prepare authentic and flavorful Indian curries and related dishes. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Indian spices, regional cooking techniques, and the ability to create consistent, high-quality dishes that reflect traditional and modern Indian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of Indian curry dishes (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian).
Develop and maintain recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Manage spice mixes and marinades to achieve authentic flavor profiles.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Indian Curry Chef, Tandoori Chef, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Indian regional cuisines, spices, and cooking methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
