Preparing authentic Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and hygiene, developing menus, and leading junior staff, requiring strong knowledge of regional Indian cuisines, spices, and cooking techniques for roles ranging from specialist (Tandoor, South Indian) to general kitchen management. Key duties include menu design, inventory control, cost management, and maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and safety
