Job Summary
Looking for an experienced Indian Commis ! to handle the Indian section of our multi-cuisine kitchen. Must have a good knowledge of Indian gravies and ideally basic knowledge of tandoor.
Responsibilities and Duties
*. To handle the complete Indian section
*. Make necessary gravies
*. Advise on new menu items
*. Control purchase/stock of Indian section
*. Maintain good Health & Hygiene practices.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Applicant should have worked in a starred resort or established restaurant in the position of Commis 1
