Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes (North Indian - Punjabi)
• Develop menus and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
• Manage inventory, portion control, and reduce wastage.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
• Innovate and introduce new Indian-inspired recipes while maintaining authenticity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant/hotel/catering environment.
• Expertise in Indian spices, cooking techniques, and regional cuisines.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Creativity, passion, and attention to detail.
