Job Title: Chinese Chef – Multi-Cuisine Restaurant (Thane) Location: Thane, Maharashtra About Us: We are a growing multi-cuisine restaurant in Thane, known for delivering authentic flavors across Indian, Chinese dishes. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef - commi 1 who can bring skill, speed, and creativity to our operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic Chinese cuisine (starters, mains, rice, noodles, gravies). Maintain consistency, portion control, and quality in every dish. Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed. Assist in menu planning and new dish development. Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with store/receiving team. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chinese Chef in a hotel/restaurant. Ability to handle high-volume kitchen operations. Knowledge of multi-cuisine kitchens will be an added advantage. Benefits: Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 (based on experience). Food and accommodation provided. Weekly off.
