Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie specializing in Indian cuisine with expertise in Chaat, Tandoor, and Curries. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage their section, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure authentic taste and presentation of dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Indian dishes in the assigned section – Chaat, Tandoor, or Curry.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock, and assist in ordering ingredients.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Innovate and contribute to menu development while preserving authenticity.
• Train and guide junior staff within the section.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as CDP in Indian cuisine, especially Chaat, Tandoor, and Curries.
• Strong knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and plating standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
