Independent Sales Representatives

Role Overview: As an independent sales representative at Capapie, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating new sales opportunities, showcasing and promoting premium workwear and safety products, securing orders from large brands, and providing excellent customer service. You will also need to identify regional market opportunities, meet sales targets, and contribute to Capapie's growth strategy in the U.S. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. - Generate new sales opportunities and expand Capapie's U.S. market presence. - Showcase and promote premium workwear and safety products to retail partners. - Secure and manage orders from large brands and corporate clients. - Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support. - Identify regional market opportunities and competitor benchmarks. - Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to Capapie's U.S. growth strategy. Qualifications: - Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation and account management. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of the workwear or safety apparel industry, outdoor clothing, with an understanding of product specifications. - Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships across both small shops and large brands. - Prior experience in sales or retail network development is preferred.,
