Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Independent Recruitment Consultant (Freelance). The consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing consulting services to clients. The day-to-day tasks involve identifying client needs, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting
• Strong Consulting and Interviewing skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proven experience in working within a recruitment agency or as a freelance recruitment consultant is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
