Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Independent Recruiter (Freelance). The Independent Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants' skills and experiences. The Recruiter will also manage communications with candidates, maintain recruitment databases, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates using various methods
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment databases
• Familiarity with different recruitment tools and platforms
• Knowledge of the IT and digital marketing industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
