Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for an Independent IT Recruiter (Freelance) at SBS - Specular Business Services. The primary responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of recruiting, specializing in IT and technical recruitment. The recruiter will source, screen, and recommend candidates for various IT roles, as well as manage the hiring process to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills
• Experience in Hiring and Technical Recruiting
• Strong Recruiting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with digital marketing and IT services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
