Independent HR Recruiter (Closure-Target basis)

About the Role:

We are looking for hands-on HR Recruiters who don’t just forward resumes but actively call candidates and close hiring mandates for our clients. If you enjoy real recruitment—not just sourcing, but following through till joining—this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively call and screen candidates for open positions as per client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients.
• Follow up relentlessly to ensure candidates join on the committed date.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, calling, shortlisting, interview scheduling, offer management, and joining follow-up.
• Understand client hiring needs and deliver quality closures within tight timelines.
• Maintain regular reports on hiring status and pipeline.

What We Need:

• Experience: 1-4 years in recruitment/HR consulting; proven track record in closing positions via calling.
• Must-have: Comfort with high-volume calling, chasing candidates, and target-based closures.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (other languages a plus).
• Strong follow-up and closure skills.
• Good with Excel/Google Sheets & daily reporting.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 48 per week
