Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 year in Home Loan domain, Field Sales, or B2B Sales
What you’ll do:
- Onboard & manage DSAs/Channel partners- Build strong partner relationships- Achieve monthly sales & growth targets
What we’re looking for:
- Prior NBFC/DSA experience (Home Loans/LAP preferred)- Excellent sales, communication & negotiation skills- Own conveyance & local industry network (preferred)- Regional language fluency (a plus)
