Role Overview: Lowes India, based in Bengaluru, is a part of the FORTUNE 50 home improvement company, Lowes Companies, Inc. They are dedicated to developing innovative technology products and solutions to enhance the omnichannel experience for Lowes customers. As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will play a crucial role in enabling product availability across channels in a cost-effective and timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee process transitions and identify opportunities for improvement - Establish and accomplish Transportation service improvements and cost savings - Identify trends in transportation performance and proactively share insights for improvement - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for central initiatives and partners across teams - Sponsor and guide projects for continuous process improvements - Partner with Technology and Product Teams to drive improvements in Tools and Systems - Identify trends and adapt to new ways of working on daily execution activities - Participate in people management responsibilities such as evaluation, talent planning, and associate development Qualification Required: - Overall 8+ years of experience, including 6+ years in Supply Chain Management, 3+ years in Transportation, 4+ years in project management, and 3+ years of prior leadership experience - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field - Primary skills include an excellent understanding of Supply Chain concepts, Inventory Management, Planning, Forecasting, Transportation processes, Project Management Experience, Excellent Communication skills, Strong Stakeholder Management, Strong foundation in Math/Finance, Advance knowledge in MS Office and Lowes Data Platforms, Excellent Data interpretation & Problem Solving, and prior experience of leading teams - Secondary skills include an understanding of Data mining and visualization tools such as Power BI & SQL.,
