Incubation Manager

The main responsibilities for this position include approaching startup aspirants and sensitizing students, coordinating SSIP processes and proposal writing, managing rankings submissions, supporting startups with mentorship and strategic guidance, building strong networks with investors, mentors, and industry experts, and representing the Incubation Center at various events. In addition to the main responsibilities, the job also involves connecting startups with mentors, delegating responsibilities for effective operations, and performing relevant tasks assigned by higher authorities. To be eligible for this role, UG/PG graduates from any branch can apply. The skills required for this position include knowledge of startup schemes at the state and national level, strategic thinking and execution abilities, strong communication and managerial skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work well in a team.
