JD- Incubation Associate

• Source pipeline of potential incubatees, assist in onboarding and day to day activities of the center by engaging with relevant team members
• Interact and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and or match them to various resource persons, facilities, partners and funding as required
• Work towards overall start-ups community mobilization and reach out. Support startup incubatees in storytelling, brand identity, and proposals/ pitches/ business plans preparation.
• Assist in writing various grants, managing online tender filings and documentation of various resources and activities of the center
• Assist in planning and organizing events for the entrepreneurs, start-ups, etc. Ensuring coordination with relevant team members within the organization for the events, documentation and promotion
• Manage and support external communication of DBICs activities both online and offline. This will also include maintaining communication with the media, update of website and others as and when required.
• Write and design newsletters, blogs, pitch decks, milestone reports, and technical abstracts for the center.
• Contribute to building scientific support systems and resources tailored to startups and incubation programs. Assist scientists, startups, and internal teams to translate technical info into public-friendly language
