Role Overview: As a Finance & Accounting Coordinator at JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity, your main responsibility will be to coordinate tasks and collaborate with other departments. You will serve as a role model within the department, assign tasks, and ensure they are completed on time and meet quality standards. In case of work-related accidents or injuries, you will report them immediately to your manager or supervisor. It will be essential for you to adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, uphold confidentiality, and protect company assets. Communication skills will play a crucial role in your role, as you will be required to speak clearly, prepare accurate documents, and answer phones with proper etiquette. Developing positive relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals, and responding to employee concerns will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you may need to perform physical tasks such as moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and carry out other reasonable job duties as assigned by your supervisors.
