Income Auditor

Your role will involve overseeing various financial tasks and ensuring accuracy in day-to-day operations. - Prepare and input month-end documents such as Revenue Journal, Cash Receipts Journal, and Entertainment Journal for general ledger processing. - Review miscellaneous revenue areas including Health Club, Valet Parking, Concierge, Laundry/Valet, and Telephone, reporting any revenue variances and resolving detected discrepancies. - Accurately reconcile specific General Ledger accounts as assigned by the Controller or Assistant Controller. - Maintain communication with the Night Audit, reviewing their work daily for accuracy, and investigating any discrepancies or issues that arise. - Prepare and distribute the Daily Management Review Package, ensuring all daily work is balanced. - Respond effectively in any hotel emergency or safety situation. - Review banquet checks against Catering orders for accuracy of preparation. - Comply with and enforce Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact. - Work collaboratively and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. - Experience in financial operations and month-end document preparation. - Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile accounts accurately. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with different teams and departments. - Ability to respond efficiently in emergency situations and solve problems promptly. - Familiarity with hotel operations and revenue areas is a plus.,
