Your Role:

As an Inclusive Montessori Educator (Trainee), you will

• Support the development of neurodivergent children by following the Montessori Inclusion training provided as part of the role.

Ideal Candidate:

• A Physics or Mathematics graduate with a passion for learning and a genuine interest in working with autistic and neurodivergent children
• Curious and capable of breaking down abstract concepts into concrete, child-friendly presentations
• Possesses empathy, patience, emotional intelligence, and inner discipline
• Can maintain classroom order with respect and consistency, not domination
• Open to continuous learning, observation, and feedback
• Comfortable working in a multi-age, inclusive learning environment
• Proficient in English (Tamil is an added advantage)

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

• Prior experience working with children
• Basic communication skills to guide and empower parents in their child’s journey
