Experience with Continuous Integration (CI/CD) practices and tools (Buildkite, Jenkins, etc.). Experience leveraging monitoring and logging technologies (e.g. DataDog, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, etc.). Track-record of being a hands-on developer efficiently building technically sound systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders alike. Experience mentoring engineers and leading code reviews.
